On May 8th at 9:00 am, a group of exceptional students from AHS were formally inducted into the National Honor Society.
The National Honor Society is a prestigious organization that recognizes high school students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. The induction ceremony is a way to celebrate the achievements of these outstanding students and formally welcome them into the society.
At the ceremony, the inductees were presented with their NHS pins and certificates. The students also recited the NHS pledge, promising to uphold the values of the organization and to continue their dedication to academic excellence, leadership, and service.
The new NHS members will now have the opportunity to participate in various service projects and leadership activities, furthering their dedication to academic excellence and community service.
