The high school students had the privilege of listen to Tyson Dever today. In his engaging, relevant, and often funny presentation, Tyson shared with the students and faculty how a distracted driver changed his life forever on March 11, 2005. The wreck left him paralyzed from the waist down, but it did not hold him back. While telling them about his journey since the wreck caused by distracted driving, he also showed them how attitude and determination can help anyone overcome adversity. His presentation was more than facts and figures. The students were very attentive during his talk and many came back to class talking about how uplifting and eye-opening he was.
